ACTIVITIES:

We have scheduled several cheese content activities with talks, demonstrations and tastings.

Cheese content sessions

Conversations about artisan cheeses, evolution, identity and future.

We will have several sessions where they will participate Carme Ruscalleda, Pep Palau, Carme Gasull, Josep Sucarrats, Tana Collados, Anna Jubert, Eul脿lia Torres, amongst others

Guided Tastings

Pairing of artisan cheeses from our country and wines from the DO Pened猫s

With Ramon Roset, sommelier and gourmet

Saturday 5th or Sunday 6th march at 11am

Cooking sessions

We will be able to enjoy the cooking sessions with our cheeses from Albert Raurich of Dos Palillos and Dos Pebrots restaurants, Eugeni Mu帽oz from Pastisseries Mu帽oz, Albert Marim贸n from restaurant La Cava at T脿rrega, amongst others.
